REFUND POLICY

We have a strict refund or return policy.

We do not accept any returns or offer refunds if it is a special order that we have placed on your behalf and it is not normal stock that we carry in our store.

If you purchase a product from our inventory and it is incorrect we can offer a store credit, if the product is returned within 3 business days with the following conditions, the product has to be returned in the same condition it left our store. The packaging must still be intact and in perfect condition. We do not offer returns on electrical or chemical products

It is at the discretion of the management whether a 10% restocking fee is added if the return is accepted.

All returns must be accompanied by a receipt.

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
